1. Your Personally Identifiable Information Collected by MetroSeeq.com: When you register with the MetroSeeq.com service, our registration process may request that you give us certain information such as your name and e-mail address. MetroSeeq.com will also collect other information you volunteer to us through use of our service. We refer to this information as "Personally Identifiable Information." You may always choose not to provide such Personally Identifiable Information; however, this may limit our ability to provide you with a specific service or particular content. 3. Guest Contact Information: In order to send messages to your network through the MetroSeeq.com service, we require that you submit to MetroSeeq.com a current, valid e-mail address for your guests. When you send messages to your guests through our service (e.g., a MetroSeeq.com event notification), we collect and retain the e-mail address or other pertinent contact information of those persons to whom you send the message. Except as described below in the Section titled "When We May Disclose Your Personally Identifiable Information, Data or Guest Contact Information", we do not sell, share or otherwise provide the guest contact information you submit to MetroSeeq.com to any third party.

4. Cookies: MetroSeeq.com wants to optimize your experience by ensuring that the most relevant information is displayed to you while using the MetroSeeq.com web site. 2. Use of Your Personally Identifiable Information By Other Users: Users will be able to view the Personally Identifiable Information that you provide on your Profile Page. When We May Disclose Your Personally Identifiable Information, MetroSeeq.com Content, Data or Friend Contact Information

MetroSeeq.com may disclose your Personally Identifiable Information, the contents of your published communications, or the contact information of your guests if required to do so by law or court order. Your Personally Identifiable Information may also be disclosed if necessary in order to complete a transaction such as the fulfillment of an order or purchase placed by you. MetroSeeq.com will in no way disclose the contents of your MetroSeeq.com invitations other than to the intended recipient(s) unless required (1) by law or court order, (2) to protect MetroSeeq.com's rights and property, (3) to protect against unauthorized use of the MetroSeeq.com site, and (4) during emergencies such as when we believe someone's physical safety is at risk. Opt-Out/Correct/Delete/Deactivate

While MetroSeeq.com does not give you the opportunity to remove your information from our database, you may deactivate your account as described below. In addition, you may elect not to receive future communications from MetroSeeq.com or to discontinue use of our service. If you are a registered user, please log in and visit the My Profile Page of our Web site and uncheck the box related to sending information to you via e-mail. If you are not a registered user but are a recipient of a MetroSeeq.com e-mail, you may delete your e-mail address from the sender's recipient list by requesting to be removed from the mailing list on their e-mail.

MetroSeeq.com allows its users the option to de-activate their e-mail address and/or change information previously provided. This may be done through the following method:

1. Visit MetroSeeq.com and log in.
2. Click on the My Profile link.
3. Deactivate your e-mail address(es) from receiving MetroSeeq.com messages.
4. Change or remove any other relevant information as you see fit.

Changes to this Policy

MetroSeeq.com reserves the right to amend this privacy policy at its sole discretion. If we make any substantive changes to the policy in the future with regard to how we use your information, we will notify registered users who have agreed to receive the MetroSeeq.com newsletter. For those users who have not agreed to accept the newsletter, substantive changes will be posted on the site in this location, and the date of the changes will be noted on the Web site for a period of time.
